Sustainability at PAUL

Our key pillars to a Sustainable future

For five generations, PAUL has played a crucial role in the community, recognising the importance of protecting the environment and bringing quality products to people all over the world

It is now, even more important to us that we take the lead in these areas so that whatever we do, we continue to play our part in building a sustainable future for our customers as well as our teams. Despite an ever changing landscape we have identified four key pillars that we would like to think our customers and teams hold us to account for. Each pillar comes with its own plan and vision that continues to evolve as time goes on. Find out more about what we are doing and the impact our work is making.

People - Our secret recipe

Many things have stayed the same since the first PAUL shop opened in 1889. One of these things is the recognition that our people really are the secret ingredient to our success.

Environment - Our promise

Our future is determined by how we look after the environment. We are proud of the sustainable steps we are taking to guarantee a healthier, happier and ultimately greener future for generations to come.

Customer - Our priority

We recognise the needs of our customers vary from one to the other, that is why it is so important to us to source and develop ranges with your needs at the heart of whatever we do.

Community - Our presence

With over 130 years of experience, it is fair to say we have seen communities evolve, grow and change with the times. We know it is important that we do too. Find out what we are doing to be a part of that change
