A freshly made baguette generously filled with succulent pieces of chicken in a creamy, mildly spiced sauce. The sandwich is complemented by a range of flavours and fillings including crunchy lettuce, cucumber and delicious golden raisins.

Asian-Style Salmon Bun

Our Asian-Style Salmon Bun is a mouth-watering twist on the classic sandwich. We start with a fluffy bun and fill it with tender hot smoked salmon, it's then topped with pickled cucumbers, shredded carrots, batavia lettuce and edamame. This sandwich is finished off with a sprinkle of mint and sweet chilli mayonnaise, a tantalizing combination!

Camembert & Tomato Chutney Sandwich

This sandwich features slices of creamy Camembert cheese, layered with a generous spread of tangy tomato chutney, and served on a PAUL sesame baguette. The cheese and chutney are perfectly balanced and layered on a bed of batavia lettuce for added crunch.

Asian-Style Salmon Salad

Our Asian-Style Salmon Salad is the perfect blend of fresh, vibrant flavours and healthy ingredients. We start with a bed of mixed greens and top it with hot smoked salmon. To add some crunch and texture, we also include pickled cucumbers, carrots, and edamame beans. The salad is then finished off with a sprinkle of mint and a pot of sweet chilli dressing for you to pour on top.

Mezze Salad (VE)

This refreshing Vegan Mezze Salad has been tastefully put together from a variety of delicious ingredients. Perfect for a hot summers day, it consists of hummus, falafel, vegan minced lamb, marinated carrot, cucumber and grains all placed on a bed of batavia lettuce with a  refreshing combinaton of lemon, mint and pomegranate on top. 

Fermière Salad

Chicken salad, a perennial favourite! This substantial salad features a winning combination of grated carrots, Emmental cheese, apple, sultanas and walnuts placed on a bed of mixed salad with a tub of french vinaigrette dressing for pouring on top.
