Our Fougasse breads are made to be enjoyed on their own or with soup, salad or to accompany any meal. Fougasse is the traditional, olive oil-based bread of the South of France. We make it with our own French flour, the best extra virgin olive oil and sea salt and with either Cheese, Bacon or Olives. Also good with soup or salad or just on its own is our Cheese Bread Twist flavoured with Mimolette cheese which is from the area around our home town of Lille.Popular as a snack or add-on is the Benoiton or Mini Bread Stick. This comes in two varieties: a version made with our popular Two Olive Bread dough and the universal favourite, Whole Wheat with Chocolate Chips.
