Brioche

French brioche is made with a dough enriched with butter and eggs, resulting in a wonderfully soft and fragrant bread. It is usually finished off by brushing with beaten egg to give it a shiny crust. In our shops you can find a classic 400g loaf as well as a speciality Cramique brioche loaf from Northern France with added raisins and sugar nibs. For an individual treat, we have the Briochette, a brioche bun scattered with crispy sugar pieces. Read more
