It takes many years of training before a PAUL baker can claim to be a ‘pâtissier’. This is a true vocation, and when you sample our pâtisserie range, you will understand why French pastries are renowned throughout the world. As a family, we are proud to uphold this great tradition, and have been serving éclairs, macaroons, millefeuilles and other delights to our customers for generations. All your individual favourites are available to order online, as well as sharing platters.

Let’s face it, pâtisserie is pure indulgence, but few indulgences are as satisfying or made with such luxurious ingredients. When the occasion calls for something this special, a PAUL bakery is a good place to find it. The French macaron (macaroon) has swept the British nation in recent years, and PAUL is an excellent source of these tempting almond shells, sandwiched with jam or delicately flavoured butter cream. Individual macaroons come in Pistachio, Madagascan Vanilla, Raspberry or Chocolate flavour. A box of our Mini Macaroons includes coconut, lemon, chocolate, caramel, raspberry and pistachio flavours. With their pretty pastel colours, they are wonderful for sharing at a party or giving as a gift. Sometimes the timeless classics are the best, and it’s hard to beat a chocolate or coffee éclair with their winning combination of light choux pastry, chocolate or coffee cream filling and complementary icing. Or try the Praline Éclair (Éclair Paris Brest) with its flaked almond choux pastry, praline flavoured cream and caramelised hazelnuts. Our own crisp and delicate sweet shortcrust pastry forms the shell of individual Tartelettes filled with rich, dark Chocolate ganache, tangy Lemon cream or fresh Strawberry and crème patissière. It’s enough to make you want to spoil yourself.
