At PAUL we make our salads fresh every day in our bakeries, so that you can enjoy a light taste of France at its best. Available all year round, with new varieties arriving with the change of seasons. New salads for summer include Roast Salmon Pasta Salad and Puy Lentil Superfood Salad.

A perennial favourite is our Farmer’s Salad (Salade Fermiere), a substantial and winning combination of grated carrots, Emmental cheese, sliced chicken breast, apple, raisins, walnuts and mixed leaves. Another popular classic is of course the Salade Niçoise, with tuna, egg, green beans, new potatoes, tomatoes, black olives, salad leaves and parsley. Our Goat’s Cheese Salad (Salade Chèvre) features a light, creamy goat’s cheese, Provençale herbs, grilled peppers, sun dried tomatoes and mixed salad. These are just some of our salads, so explore the whole range. A delicious accompaniment to any of our salads would be one of our Fougasse breads, with cheese, bacon or olives or a Mini Bread Stick with Olives (Benoiton Deux Olives).
