Introducing the bûche de Noël, a traditional French Christmas dessert with a vanilla and pecan twist! This PAUL delight is crafted from beautiful Madagascan vanilla mousse, madeleine biscuit, milk chocolate feuilletine, pecan, caramel, and delightful mascarpone. As appeasing on the eye as it is the tastebuds, it is finished with a vanilla glaze decorated with another PAUL favourite, chocolate and vanilla macarons! A milk chocolate pine cone, caramelised white chocolate leaves, and white chocolate candy complete this masterpiece. Enjoy!
