Our Cramique is a traditional sweet bread loaf that originated in Northern France and Belgium. Made with a brioche dough with raisins and nibs of sugar, it is crisp on the outside and softly sweet in the middle, the most perfect bread for a special breakfast, or an afternoon treat with some butter. The festive crown shape makes it the ideal sharing pieces, as you can simply tear a portion off!
