Bread Making Course




If you’ve ever wanted to know how to make great bread, this is your opportunity to learn from the best. At PAUL we have been baking bread using traditional hand-crafted methods for more than 127 years. We’re a family-owned business, and five generations of bakers have been baking fresh bread daily, in the best French tradition. We love sharing the pleasure and satisfaction of bread-making in our Bread Masterclass.

Join us at PAUL Covent Garden or PAUL Bankside to learn, hands-on, the traditional techniques of kneading, shaping and baking, with the expert guidance of PAUL bakers. Courses at Covent Garden or Bankside cost £75.00 per person.  At PAUL Tower 42 we run bread making courses for group bookings of 10 only.  The cost of a course for a group of 10 people is £850.00.  

Courses at PAUL Covent Garden are usually on Monday and Tuesday evenings.  Courses at PAUL Bankside or Tower 42 are on Tuesday evenings.  You can see all upcoming course dates when you book online.

These are really enjoyable evenings, with drinks, nibbles, an exclusive PAUL baker’s kit for you and the satisfaction of taking your own home made bread home with you. Included in your Masterclass are:
