HOW DO I APPLY TO SET UP A CREDIT ACCOUNT WITH PAUL?
Download our Credit Application Form, complete it and email it to email@example.com A credit and details check will be carried out and you will be informed within three days, from the same authorised email address, whether your application for credit has been successful.
If you application for credit is successful, the email you receive from us will include:
CAN I PAY BY CREDIT CARD IF I WANT TO?
No, once your credit account has been set up, all payments must be made by bank transfer, on receipt of your invoice.
CAN I ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Please place your orders online. If you experience any problem with the website, you can contact our customer service line on 0845 6120401 and they can place the order on your behalf.
CAN MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes, you can enter a delivery address which is different to your account address when you place your order.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISSING SOMETHING FROM MY DELIVERY?
If any part of an order is found to be missing (or is rejected due to damage) on delivery, you must inform PAUL UK delivery service immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling customer service on 0845 612 0401.
If the order is rejected because of damage, you must inform PAUL UK delivery service immediately by email at email@example.com and a photo of the damaged product will be required in order to proceed with any refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
The cut-off time for amendment or cancellation of orders is 1.00 pm on the afternoon of the day before your delivery is due.
CAN I SET MY DELIVERY TIME?
Yes, you can choose your one hour delivery slot. Bear in mind that lunch products such as sandwich platters cannot be delivered before 11.30 am due to the time it takes to prepare them and make sure they are as fresh as possible for you.
CAN YOU DELIVER AT THE WEEKEND?
If you require weekend delivery, please email us in advance on firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and we will see what we can arrange for you.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M NOT IN THE LONDON POSTCODE AREA?
If you require a delivery which is outside our delivery area of all London postcodes, please email us in advance on email@example.com with your request and we will see what we can arrange for you.
