Showstopping Bûches de Noël and Cakes
The return of the French Christmas staple, Bûches de Noël, also known as yule logs! This year’s flavours include Chocolate Buche, Blackcurrant & Raspberry Buche and Vanilla & Pecan Buche. The Chocolate Buche has the classic combination of dark chocolate mousse, cocoa Joconde biscuit, chocolate buttercream and hazelnut nibs; the Blackcurrant & Raspberry Buche has a fruity combination of raspberry and blackcurrant mousses, with an almond dacquoise garnish; or you can opt for the deliciously creamy Vanilla & Pecan Buche with flavours of madeleine biscuit, pecan, caramel, chantilly and mascarpone wrapped in a luscious Madagascan vanilla mousse and vanilla glaze coat.
