NEW! ADVANCED ARTISAN BREAD - ENRICHED DOUGH, SOURDOUGH & SPECIALITY SHAPING
This course is designed to be the next step for enthusiastic bread makers who have already attended our Daily Artisan Bread Course, or who want to expand on their baking knowledge and skill set. You will learn how to make brioche dough, how to work with and refresh a sourdough starter and how to bake sourdough bread, as well as advanced 'faconnage' or bread shaping. You will bake and take away sourdough bread, baguettes, Epi baguettes, brioche 'tresse', briochettes and your own dough plus a sourdough starter to practice with at home. You will have some extra PAUL goodies to take home with you, along with the knowledge and confidence to product spectacular and flavourful home baked breads.
Locations: PAUL Covent Garden from January 2018.
Days/Times: Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, 6.00 pm - 9.00 pm with food afterwards whilst you wait for your bread to bake. The evening generally ends around 9:30 pm.

Please note: We require a minimum of 3 participants per class, so we may ask to reschedule your booking should this be necessary. If you would like to modify or cancel your booking, we kindly ask that you do this 7 days prior to your booking.
