You’ll always lunch like a champion when you lunch at PAUL. That’s because you can be sure of our commitment to the very best quality ingredients in everything we do. The bread we use to make our sandwiches is hand-crafted from scratch every day and carefully selected to compliment each sandwich’s ingredients. Our salads may be a lighter choice, but they are both generous and satisfying.

Sandwich au Fromage Blue et Bacon
- What a magnificent combination this is – smoky sliced bacon, rich crumbly Stilton, sweet cherry tomato jam and refreshing green salad leaves in freshly baked sesame bread.
Sandwich Rôti de Boeuf
- This hearty choice features a fresh poppy seed baguette liberally filled with sliced roast beef, grilled marinated carrots, fresh spinach leaves and a good kick of mustard mayo.
Sandwich Végétalien Falafel Épice
- Our tasty vegan feast of spicy falafel balls, artichoke, aubergine, carrot, spinach leaves and aubergine tapenade is presented in delicious turmeric bread.

Salade Rôti de Boeuf
