Our new improved recipe Frappés, are the perfect refreshment as it hot’s up in the capital.

The refreshing Fruit Frappés are a blend of the finest fruits and ice, containing no added sugar and come in two delicious flavours, Red Fruits (strawberry, peach, papaya) and Yellow Fruits (mango, pineapple, papaya).
If you prefer a coffee fix, then try our Coffee Frappé made with a deluxe French brew and add a syrup of your choice for that je ne sais quoi! For something more decadent, have the Frappé Moelleux Chocolat made with dark chocolate cake or the Frappé Macaron Pistache and be sure to satisfy the your sweet craving. There is something to suit every taste so why not be cool with PAUL.

Ice Creams - Les Glaces de PAUL

Les Glaces de PAUL come in three delectable flavours:  smooth Vanilla Bourbon, rich Chocolat Noir and fresh Mango Vanilla. We will delight you with our refreshing Sorbets, the two classic favourites: Strawberry and Lemon.   

Available in 150ml tubs, a perfect treat at just the right size on a warm day.

Bread Masterclasses

This a new and unique opportunity to learn the time honoured secrets of baking bread with our expert  bakers. You’ll learn about our flours, all the processes involved aswell as baking three different kinds of bread. Classes are now available on Wednesday afternoons at our Covent Garden bakery where you will:
- Learn about the different flours we use and all the steps involved to bake the perfect loaf
- Bake your own bread from scratch under our expert guidance
- Sit down to a generous Afternoon Tea while your bread is baking
- Take all your fresh warm bread home to share with friends and family.
